At Rehabilitation Specialists, we believe that each individual deserves to be treated in a setting that best allows for the re-training of skills, in order to optimize the individual’s treatment outcome.  While a majority of treatment is provided within the Outpatient center and our surrounding community in Fair Lawn, NJ, sometimes it makes more sense to provide services in the individual’s home, community, or workplace.  When at all possible, Rehabilitation Specialists may be able to provide the following Home and Community Based Services:

• Cognitive Rehabilitation
• Speech, Language, Dysphagia Therapy and Assessment
• Occupational Therapy and Assessment
• Physical Therapy and Assessment
• Vocational Assessment and Supports
